were renovations to existing Credit Suisse First Boston facilities that
required extreme care and
coordination, dividing full
floor spaces into multi-tenant
spaces. The major challenge
was related to completing the
projects within an operating
office environment with no
interruption. Additionally, all
architectural and engineering
revisions implemented by
Gensler & Associates, one of
the world's premier corporate
architectural firms, required
precise detailing that matched
existing high-end finishes and
strict adherence to stringent
building codes.
