Working with architect, Juan Lezcano, principal of Workshop +, We
helped to create a functional workplace at a reasonable cost. Located
at 560 Lincoln Road, in the midst of Miami Beach's famous pedestrian
thoroughfare, this project proves once again that office space and
tourism can co-exist. Open space, high ceilings, sealed concrete and
bold colors help create a "loft-type" office environment. We provided
the owner with selective engineering that helped to make the project
a financial and scheduling success for its client.
