This vacation residence is situated in the luxurious new oceanfront Canyon Ranch Condominium Tower in Miami Beach, Fl, and boosts magnificent views of the intercostal waterway, and the city of Miami. An earthy toned, limestone inspired rectified Italian porcelain tile was installed butt-joint throughout all the interiors excluding the bathroom. A corresponding organic natural keystone from the Dominican Republic was installed butt-joint in the large West facing balcony. The extreme attention to detail is evident in the thoughtfully scaled custom designed soffit which floats over the Living Room sofa, subtly illuminating the client's collection of artwork. In the kitchen a larger granite bar top was installed to allow for dinning. In the Living Room an Audio/Video system was designed and installed to meet the clients needs, complete with a wall mounted LCD TV. Custom closets with a dark espresso veneer finish and custom window treatments were installed throughout.
