KM-Plaza was selected by Africa Israel US to serve as General Contractor for the new 67 story condominium project, The Marquis. The project will include 306 condominium units, 56 hotel rooms and street level retail.

Located on Biscayne Boulevard in downtown Miami, this project stands tall at 713’ 9”. At completion this project will be heralded as the 3rd tallest building in South Florida. The Marquis will be comprised of 1.2 million gross square feet made up of condominiums, poolside townhomes, and a “five star” boutique hotel. Designed by internationally recognized Arquitectonica, the project also includes a health spa, a ‘water-garden” pool deck, restaurants, and street level retail. It faces Museum Park and is situated three blocks from both the Performing Arts Center of Miami and the American Airlines Arena.

This project has recently topped out and interior finishings are progressing. It is scheduled to be completed in January 2009.
