KM/Plaza was selected by the WSG Development Group to serve as Construction Manager for the new 36-story luxury condominium tower, Carillon II, part of the Canyon Ranch Living project.
 
Located on Collins Avenue on Miami Beach, this condominium project will include 207 units with high-end finishes such as Stainless Steel Appliances, Italian Cabinetry, Brazilian Blue Bahia countertops and teak wood surrounds. The interiors of the lobbies include Jerusalem marble floors, coral feature walls with black slate water falls and custom light fixtures. The ground level ocean side infinity edge pool is surrounded by IPE wood cabanas and an open air conditioned Yoga and Fitness room. The 6th floor vanishing edge pool overlooks the intercoastal waterway and includes meditation pods and teak trellis wings.
