KM/Plaza was selected by Cardinal Development to serve as Construction Manager for the new 10-story loft-style condominium, Baylofts.

Located on 25th and Biscayne Bay, the project consists of 58 condominium units.
KM/Plaza broke ground in October 2004 and completed the construction in October 2005. Baylofts includes a five-story courtyard, sculptural roof canopy, pool, and a three-tiered parking structure. Due to the industrial design, KM/Plaza’s attention to detail has played an important role in the structural and “unfinished elements” that are seen in the finished product.
