KM/Plaza has been selected as the Construction Manager for a 600,000 sf office building, Town Center One. Located in Miami, in the Dadeland urban core, Town Center One is a 24 story office condominium project. The project is located on 5.5 acres and is part of a mixed use development plan that includes retail and residential.

Town Center One includes covered parking, flexible floorplates, multiple high speed elevators, distinctive exterior with state of the art window wall and minimum 9' ceilings. Construction has commenced and completion is scheduled for April 2009.
