Designed by the prestigious firm of Sandy Babcock and Associates, this school is situated on Miami's most exclusive island. The Mediterranean style structure is elaborately detailed to match its well-established surroundings. The coordination of material deliveries and manpower transportation is a critical planning component of this project. All material and staff must arrive via barge daily. Communicating with the Island Development group and residents to insure a smooth working relationship was critical to the success of this project. This 5,000 sf facility houses classrooms, offices, kitchen, media room, and a full water feature play area. This state of the art educational building was completed on time and allowed the school to open for its first school season without any delays.
